Message from the President (DB)

Bangladesh is a developing country with 160 million of population. Most of the people are poor with an annual income of $430. Because of poverty, they are deprived of proper education. Thus, our organization has been trying to involve those illiterate people in the development process through training, discussion, research, data collection, co-ordination between organizations, regarding Climate Change, awareness among Youth, Cultural Development as well as to assist the Persons with Disabilities ( like research, policy development and supporting in the relevant sectors too).
We do believe that, with the co-operation between nations it will not only beneficial for us but also it will give better opportunity to the world to become a family. We also believe that “Many a little makes a mickle”.
We would like to also mentioned that our goal is to assist the people not to gain business. So we would like to introduce our organization is not a company, is not a club, not organization, not NGO, not charity, not donor or fund hunter, not business developer. Design Bangladesh is for better Bangladesh with social responsibilities. We work for the person, for the family, for the neighbor, for the society, as well as for the world being a friend. Design Bangladesh works rural to urban.
Our organization has been registered under the law of the ministry of social welfare of Bangladesh and recognized by NGO Bureau as non-governmental organization since June 2005. We heartly welcome any suggestion and encourage to visit our site.
